Lake Geneva region

French-speaking Switzerland

In French-speaking Switzerland we provide home care across the Riviera, the Chablais, Lavaux and the Lausanne area. The detailed pages for this region are in French — we flag it on every link.

Vaud Riviera (in French)

From the shore of Lake Geneva between Vevey and Chillon up to the villages perched above Montreux. Our office is in Montreux, at the heart of the area — this is where we can be there fastest.

Region page (in French)

Lakeside

The flat strip right along Lake Geneva, on the lakeshore road between Vevey and Chillon Castle (Veytaux). This is where our office is, in Montreux: short, closely spaced visits with no climb, just a stone's throw from the Hôpital Riviera Chablais.

  • La Tour-de-Peilz
  • Clarens
  • Territet
  • Veytaux

The heights above Montreux

The villages perched above Montreux, from Glion (700 m) up to Caux and Les Avants (~1,000 m), linked by winding roads and the MOB railway. We factor the climb and winter snow into our rounds so we arrive on time, even right at the top.

  • Glion
  • Caux
  • Les Avants
  • Chamby
  • Chernex
  • Brent
  • Chailly-sur-Montreux
  • Vernex
  • Villard-sur-Chamby

Vineyard slopes & balconies

The vineyard balconies above Vevey, from Corsier and Corseaux up to Chardonne, Jongny and Le Mont-Pèlerin, and the Blonay – Saint-Légier plateau. Narrow roads and steep access among the vines; the Hôpital Riviera Chablais remains the reference point for coming home.

  • Blonay
  • Saint-Légier
  • Corseaux
  • Corsier-sur-Vevey
  • Chardonne
  • Jongny
  • Le Mont-Pèlerin

Vaud Chablais (in French)

The Rhône plain and the head of the lake, from Aigle to Villeneuve, at the foot of the Alps. The nearby Hôpital Riviera Chablais in Rennaz is a key reference point for hospital discharges.

Region page (in French)

Head of the lake

Where Lake Geneva ends: Villeneuve and its quays, Noville and the Grangettes plain. Directly continuing the Riviera — Montreux is just a few minutes away, and our rounds naturally take in both banks of the Eau Froide.

  • Villeneuve
  • Noville

Rhône plain

Rennaz and Roche, at the heart of the plain between lake and mountains. The Hôpital Riviera Chablais is right here, in Rennaz — a direct advantage for arranging hospital discharges and post-operative follow-up without delay.

  • Rennaz
  • Roche

Ollon hillside

Between Aigle and Bex, the large municipality of Ollon steps its village and hamlets up the vineyard hillside. We serve it on the same rounds as the two neighbouring main towns.

  • Ollon

Lavaux (in French)

The UNESCO-listed vineyard terraces, from Lutry and Cully by the water up to the Haut-Lavaux plateau. Winding roads and scattered houses: we plan around the slope.

Region page (in French)

Heart of the vineyard

The terraced villages between Lutry and Cully — Grandvaux, Riex, Epesses and Villette, brought together in the municipality of Bourg-en-Lavaux. Narrow lanes and parking amid the vines: we group our visits here, directly continuing from Cully.

  • Bourg-en-Lavaux
  • Grandvaux
  • Riex
  • Epesses
  • Villette

Lake Geneva balcony

Rivaz and Saint-Saphorin by the water, Chexbres above them — the balcony over Lake Geneva, set between vines and lake. Winding roads and few parking spaces: rounds shaped by the terrain.

  • Chexbres
  • Rivaz
  • Saint-Saphorin

Haut-Lavaux plateau

Above the terraces, Puidoux and Forel (Lavaux) hold the plateau, towards the Jorat. Housing is more scattered here; the CHUV uphill and the Hôpital Riviera Chablais downhill remain our reference points depending on where you live.

  • Puidoux
  • Forel (Lavaux)

Lausanne & surroundings (in French)

The city centre and its ring, from the lakeside up to the CHUV and La Sallaz and out to the western suburbs. A dense urban fabric: short, closely spaced visits.

Region page (in French)

Eastern ring

The city reaching towards the lake and Lutry: Pully and Paudex by the water, Belmont clinging just above. An unbroken urban fabric from Lausanne — we take in these towns naturally on the same round, working around the steep streets and tight parking.

  • Pully
  • Paudex
  • Belmont-sur-Lausanne

Northern ring

The heights above the city, on the La Sallaz and CHUV plateau: Épalinges (the m2 metro terminus at Les Croisettes), Le Mont-sur-Lausanne and Jouxtens-Mézery. We climb up from the centre here; the CHUV (university hospital) nearby is our reference point for coming home.

  • Épalinges
  • Le Mont-sur-Lausanne
  • Jouxtens-Mézery

Western Lausanne

The dense district to the west, around the Renens rail hub: Prilly, Crissier, Écublens and Chavannes-près-Renens. Flatter but very urban ground, with large housing estates; visits follow one another quickly across a compact, well-connected area.

  • Renens
  • Prilly
  • Crissier
  • Écublens
  • Chavannes-près-Renens

Our Lake Geneva office is in Montreux (Chemin du Pierrier 1, 1815 Clarens). Is a nearby town missing from the list? Call us — our area keeps growing and we look at every request individually.

Zurich area

Zurich region

In the Zurich area we provide home care as a private Spitex — in the city of Zurich and in the Glattal region. Each area has its own page with the districts and towns we cover; these pages are in German.

City of Zurich (in German)

The whole city, from Seefeld through Wiedikon and Altstetten up to Oerlikon and the Zürichberg. As a private Spitex we focus on continuity here — the same care professionals, no waiting list, in German and English.

Region page (in German)

Centre & lake

Kreise 1, 2, 7 and 8 between the lake and the Zürichberg — Altstadt, Enge, Seefeld, plus Hottingen, Hirslanden, Fluntern and Witikon on the hillside. Dense neighbourhoods, many floors without a lift and tight parking; in Kreis 8, an international, often English-speaking setting. The Universitätsspital Zürich (USZ, university hospital) is right nearby — an important reference point for demanding discharges and complex nursing care.

  • Zürich Kreis 1
  • Zürich Kreis 2
  • Zürich Kreis 7
  • Zürich Kreis 8

West & Limmat

Kreise 3, 4, 5 and 9 west of the Limmat — Wiedikon, Aussersihl, Zürich-West, Altstetten. Former industrial districts with large housing developments and flat, quickly reached rounds. The Stadtspital Waid and the Triemli are the hospitals in the west of the city.

North

Kreise 6, 10, 11 and 12 — Unterstrass, Wipkingen, Oerlikon, Seebach, Schwamendingen. The hinge to the Glattal region and to our head office in Glattpark: short distances between city and suburbs, with the Stadtspital Waid on the hillside above Höngg.

Glattal region (in German)

Around our head office in Glattpark (Opfikon): from Glattbrugg and Wallisellen to Kloten and Dübendorf. This is where journeys are shortest — closeness isn’t a promise, it’s geography.

Region page (in German)

Heart of the Glattal

Opfikon with Glattbrugg and the Glattpark — this is where our head office is — together with Wallisellen and Dietlikon. Densely built, easily reached municipalities with short rounds and new housing developments around the Glattpark. The closeness is real: a few minutes door to door, on flat, level roads.

  • Opfikon
  • Glattbrugg
  • Glattpark
  • Wallisellen
  • Dietlikon

Airport & North

Kloten, Bassersdorf and Rümlang around the airport — an international, often English-speaking setting and many hospital discharges from the northern region. The Spital Bülach lies to the north as the nearest regional hospital; distances stay short and easy to drive.

  • Kloten
  • Bassersdorf
  • Rümlang

Furttal & Unterland

Regensdorf in the Furttal and Bülach on the edge of the Zürcher Unterland — flatter, well-connected municipalities on the western and northern edge of our area. The Spital Bülach is the nearest regional point of reference here for discharges. On request and subject to availability.

  • Regensdorf
  • Bülach

We also travel to : Dübendorf.

Our German-speaking office is in Glattpark (Opfikon), in the Zurich area. Is your town missing from the list? Call us — our area keeps growing and we look at every request individually.
