Your questions, our answers.
Yes. With a medical prescription, nursing and basic care are covered by basic health insurance (LAMal/KVG). We bill your insurer directly; you only pay the usual deductible and co-payment.
The request can come from you, your family, your GP or the hospital. A medical prescription then accompanies the coverage of your care by the insurer.
That is our priority. At the start of each care plan, we put together a small team who follow you over time, so you keep your bearings — the same faces, as much as possible — and a genuine relationship of trust can grow.
Yes, 7 days a week, all year round. Our teams stay present according to your needs, weekends and public holidays included.
The same day. Depending on your needs, our teams can be there within the hour.
