Caring for a loved one?Let's move forward together. With full confidence. By your side.
Together, let's build care you can trust. We move forward with you, every step of the way.
A presence that matters, every day.
A family caregiver is someone who regularly supports a family member, their partner, a friend or a neighbour whose independence is reduced due to age, illness or disability.
Through their presence and their daily commitment, they contribute to the well-being of the person they care for and help them stay at home.
Day to day, a family caregiver may help with:
- dressing
- washing
- preparing meals
- getting around
- presence and emotional support
- accompanying to medical appointments
- the essential tasks of daily life
This commitment often adds up to several hours a week and is a genuine pillar of staying at home.
At Vitaloria, we move forward by your side.
Staying at home is, above all, a life project built through collaboration.
Our lead nurses assess the situation as a whole, coordinate the care with the family doctor and the professionals in the network, while supporting the family caregiver at every step of the care.
Our mission is to create a reassuring environment where everyone finds their place, so we can offer the patient care that is personal, lasting and of high quality.
Your commitment can take on a new role within care.
Some people already support a loved one regularly with everyday tasks. Depending on the situation and the criteria in force, Vitaloria can offer a pathway to bring this commitment into a structured care organisation.
The family caregiver can then benefit from a recognised health auxiliary (family-caregiver) training programme funded by Vitaloria, join our team under an employment contract and care for their loved one with the support of our professionals.
Our lead nurses provide the clinical follow-up, the assessments, the coordination of care as well as professional support throughout the patient's care. Our teams also ensure continuity of service during leave, holidays or other periods of absence.
A quiet effort measured in tens of millions of hours.
The support that loved ones provide across other households — help, care, presence — adds up each year to a considerable volume of unpaid hours. It is one of the largest, and quietest, pillars of the health system.

What we put in place, by your side.
Support built with you, that evolves at the pace of the needs of the patient and their loved ones.
A personalised assessment
Every situation is unique. Our lead nurses assess the needs of the patient and their loved one, so we can build an arrangement suited to their daily life.
Professional support by your side
Our teams stay present throughout the care to answer your questions, support you and adapt the care as needs change.
Complete coordination
We keep everyone connected — the patient, the family, the family doctor, hospitals and all the professionals in the network — to ensure care that is smooth and consistent.
Recognised training
When the conditions are met, the family caregiver can follow a recognised training programme, allowing them to join our team within a professional framework.
Continuity of care
Our teams naturally step in during leave, holidays or any other period of unavailability, to ensure continuous and secure care.
Support that evolves with you
Because every journey is different, we regularly adapt our arrangements to meet the changing needs of the patient and their loved ones.
