The people we are looking for.
We recruit regularly as we grow. Here are the profiles we welcome — and speculative applications are always welcome.
Registered nurse
Clinical care, assessment, coordination of follow-up. Bachelor's degree in nursing or a qualification deemed equivalent.
Specialist nurse
CAS / DAS / MAS specialisations (advanced study certificates/diplomas): management, psychogeriatrics, palliative care… Your expertise strengthens the team.
Team-lead nurse
Team management and clinical leadership. Bachelor's degree in nursing or a qualification deemed equivalent; CAS or DAS in management or a qualification deemed equivalent.
Community health and social care assistant (ASSC)
Basic care and delegated clinical tasks, working closely with the nursing team. Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an ASSC.
Health and social care aide (ASA)
Basic care, hygiene, comfort and support with everyday life. Federal VET Certificate (AFP) as a health and social care aide.
Healthcare auxiliary
Support with everyday living and help at home. Healthcare auxiliary training (e.g. Swiss Red Cross course).
Care planner
Organising rounds and coordinating visits, working with the teams and families.
Housekeeping staff
Help with housekeeping and upkeep of the living space, in our clients' homes.

Vitaloria is an accredited training company (SEFRI): we take on apprentices and support them through to their Federal VET Diploma (CFC), in the office and in the field.

In the field, alongside patients, supported day to day by our care teams.
